6 years agoThese were a replacement pair, since we had to return a pair to Zenni (though no fault of Zenni, the doctor has given us the wrong.). I called customer service and my rep walked me through quickly purchasing as close to an identical frame as our original purchase (original frame was no longer being offered by Zenni). I was very thankful for the competent support!

7 years agoI loved these glasses.. at 1st.
But they kept falling apart... I contacted customer service though and they did send my a new frame to put my glasses on.. I ended up super glue the new ones anyway.... I'm not crazy upset.. especially for $25 glasses.
