Breaks at the Hinge
3 days agoI had these glasses for three months and accidentally knocked these to the floor where it broke next to the decorative hinge. I've dropped many pairs of glasses, but never had one where the hinge snapped.

Too big
5 days agoOrdered the same glasses and size as previous one, only thing that changed is the prescription. However, they came big and confirmed when did side by side comparison with the older ones. The newer ones keep falling off my face. Called the customer service and the rep started giving me explanation that don't make any sense why they came big this time. First she said it's because I ordered different frames, I confirmed I ordered the same frames and sizes by starting off the the old order and only changed the prescription. Then she said they are bigger because the prescription is different and they had to adjust the frame to fit the lenses, again that does not make sense. I explained to her that I have owned prescription glasses for years and even used the same frames for different prescriptions. I told her all they had to do is size the lenses with new prescription to fit the frames not the way around. She finally gave in and she emailed me a prepaid return shipping level and that they will inspect the frames once returned and that if it's the right size, they will send it back or I can request a refund. I told her that I have side by side photo with the older one that proves the difference in size (shown above, top is new and bottom is old). I am now going to be stuck with the older glasses which does not have the right prescription and wait for them to "inspect" that also includes the shipping time. I am so disappointed how this was handled. I spent more than 25min.
