Amazing frames, love the look!!
a day agoI received my eyeglasses in a timely manner. I did experience an issue with one of the nose pads but I was able to reach out to Zenni and get the frames replaced. They're sending me a new pair of frames and all I have to do is pop out the dummy lenses in the new frames and put the lenses from the frame with the bad nose pad into the new frames. Sure, I could have sent the frames in, received a refund or store credit and purchased the frames again but that take a lot of time. I don't know about you, but I need my eyeglasses- I can't see a darn thing without them. Zenni has a top notch team!! 5 Highly recommend!!

19 days agoI have always bought glasses locally, but I took a chance and could bot be happier. Every pair has always seemed a bit off, but I get used to them. These were like HD, right out of the box.
Full disclosure, I went premium on the options. My local shop usually bills these for about $500, my insurance covers $350 and I pay the difference. These wer $188 to my door in less than 7 business days.
I bought these out of pocket and used my insurance to buy expensive Rx sunglasses.
I could bot be happier with the purchase.
