Bifocal disaster
6 years agoI ordered what I thought would be a pair of bi focal glasses. Nowhere on the site or the form I completed did it sate that Zenni did not sell bi focal glasses, only multifocal
glasses.
After a waiting for several weeks to receive the glasses, I found that they were multifocal. I couldn't see to read or drive- they were worthless to me.
When I called the company to get return instructions, I was told I would only be refunded half the cost of the glasses.
So for the privilege of receiving the wrong prescription, I paid over $75.00.
Customer service was sorely lacking and the whole process was incredibly disappointing.
