Perfect frame for progressive photochromic lenses
5 years agoI love these frames. They are perfect for progressive photochromic lenses or sunglasses. I got black frames with the mid-tier brand brown-color photochromic lenses. The lens clarity is amazing! The frames are very good quality. My only complaint is the brown photochromic lenses don’t get very dark. These were my first pair of photochromic glasses and I am disappointed in the level of darkening. I picked brown photochromic because I love the amber tint in my regular sunglasses. Overall the level of darkening wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. They look great as clear glasses and provides some tint outside on sunny days. As expected they don’t darken at all in my car because the windshield blocks UV light. These frames would also look great with mirror lenses.

5 years agoI'v been a customer for decades, still have most pairs. I only buy when I feel like a new pair of glasses. This pair is well built with strong spring loaded temples. My main reason for writing this review is to encourage that you also purchase the Night Driving Clip-On (Yellow Tint) for 5.95. I bought the Clip-On for night driving but leave them on all the time. The clip-on actually adds to the style of the glasses, enhances my vision day and night, land and sea and protects the lenses.
