6 years agoI originally loved these glasses so much, when the arm fell off, I ordered another pair only to have the arm fall off on the 2nd pair before I could even wear them once. So sad.

7 years agoGlasses don’t look anything like the ones in the picture. I even called ahead of time and spoke with a tech to be clear that this is how I wanted the glasses to look so he guided me on the configuration and the coloring. I explained to him they still don’t look like the one in the picture. His response was
“if you don’t like it you can return it .” Well, I ordered them anyways and now I have to return them really disappointed in your customer service and the glasses.
