Horseshit website, confusing and they didn't give me what I wanted
6 years agoI had ordered on pair of transitions with trifocals. I received two pairs for some reason, neither transitions lenses. Not happy at all. I would use much strong language it I thought you could handle it, but 99% sure you couldn't.
1. The website ****. It's confusing. It doesn't "remember" what you order so you have to keep going back again and again, hoping they will get it straight. THEY DIDN"T!
2. They sent me two pairs of the same glasses....both wrong!! And billed me for them? WTF???? I called them and they told me, "No Sir you order two pair glasses." They can't even speak English nor understand it. I was promised a refund on the second pair which I returned immediately. I have not seen it yet!!! What's taking so long??
3. The glasses themselves were ground correctly and the frame is just fine. Very nice. Unfortunately I spent $170 for a pair of glasses I didn't
want nor order. I clearly ordered transitions lenses with try-focals. I got trifocals. That's it.
For my first experience, Zenni left a real bad taste in my mouth. There was no offer to remake the lenses in transitions. Nothing. Just poor English and wonderment on the other end of the line. I could just picture the little Chinese lady looking at a blank wall wondering what she had just heard. Evidently she didn't understand that I was dissatisfied and made no effort to right the situation.
You get what you pay for I have always said. I paid $170 and got something I didn't want and they didn't stand behind their mistake.

Second pair of Zennis
8 years agoAs the heading states this is my second pair of Zennis, and I will continue to purchase glasses here. I am a building inspector and chose these for.sunglasses due to lack of options Zenni offers in Sunglasses. I chose 85% gray with blue mirror. I like them and they look good.

Happy with my purchase
8 years agoI wear these bifocals every day and they work very well. Haven't had them long enough to comment on durability but they are light and comfortable. Zenni claims you can use a hair dryer to soften the bows enough to bend. This method has not worked for me. Happy with $80 specs vs $400 optic shop specs
