3 months agoThis is my first experience with online shopping for glasses. I've got a bit of a tricky face to find glasses for, and was a bit nervous about trusting the "try it on" mechanism, but it worked out great and the glasses truly fit exactly as the picture looked online. This part was great, and my next pair will be purchased with confidence. The actual glasses appear to be of good quality, sturdy, not heavy and true to color pictured online. The only downside, I find that the lenses are completely flat, which is different from my other glasses, whose lenses were slightly convex. For that reason, they feel somewhat cheap to me, and that could be a very subjective reaction, but I had to describe this, since this is the part you cannot see online nor experience with the "try me on".
I chose to include the chameleon option to transition between bright sun and normal light, and it works great, but feels like the lenses don't darken fully, which could be due to the color of the shade I selected. Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend your service.

crooked - have to constantly adjust
10 months agoAlthough I like the frame - it was very crooked and tilting on my face. Attempted to return but was given instructions on how to fix the tilting, but I find myself having to re-adjust several times a day. I have ordered 4 glasses previously and have never come across this issue with any of them, so I am a little upset that I have to continue to re-adjust the tilt.
