Indoors: The lenses remain virtually clear when indoors while filtering blue light from digital devices.
Outdoors: When exposed to UV light outdoors, they darken to provide broad-spectrum shielding from sunlight and infrared light. The pink sheen provides an additional layer of infrared defense.
Important Note: The lenses will likely not darken while driving, as most car windshields have built-in UV protection.
