Extremely Uncompfortable, Too thick at Ears
a month agoI want to preface this by saying I've worn dozens of pairs of glasses in my life and several ordered from Zenni and never before had any serious issue like this.
The part of the frame that tucks over the ears is too thick and caused me a great deal of pain, it also pinches towards the head too much and the problem hasn't vanished after wearing for 4 months now.
I've tried to bend the plastic out away from the head but partly due to the spring hinges, this hasn't helped much. The main problem is the thickness of the frames at the ears alone that is cuasing me so much grief.
I've been looking for new frames, frames with longer arm lengths (around 144mm) to replace these (are length of 140mm) but due to poor selection in my size (filtering for lens height, frame width, and wanting to keep this overall style and color), I don't have any suitable alternative here. So I've been really disappointed. All previous frames I've bought here (and loved) have been discontinued/retired unfortuanately.
