5 years agoReally bad experience this time with Zenni. I have ordered quite a few glasses for my whole family but this time I was really disappointed with the frame and lenses quality. Frame is cheaply made and is worse than a dollar store frame. Lenses are also really bad and I am not able to read properly. I checked with the optometrist and the prescription I submitted is the correct one. I don't have time to go through the hassle and dont want to be around people to get the shipping done and later be told that glasses dont have any manufacturer error.
