Made incorrectly!
6 months agoMy prescription is correct on my account but the glasses were made incorrectly. What’s even more frustrating is when I called they tried to tell me I didn’t verify at checkout. I took the glasses to my optometrist to verify what was wrong and they said the manufacturer flipped a number on the lenses.
Zenni is refusing to compensate for the issue and only offering a refund directly to payment method or a credit. I’ve requested to speak with a manager and have not been routed to one. All I’m hoping to get is expedited shipping on the replacement order. The original order took the whole 14 days to arrive, unacceptable customer service Zenni !!

Lightweight and flattering
6 months agoI got these as sunglasses. They are super lightweight and fit my small nose bridge well, without slipping. Because my PD is so small the online preview made me think they would be larger, but I still like the look a lot, it's old school preppy. The photo I attached makes them seem larger than they are, due to lens distortion.
The first pair I got was a little messed up--the temples were stretched wide and when I tried to adjust them they cracked. Zenni replaced them immediately and it was easy to swap in the lenses myself. The replacement frame was perfect.
