3 months agoOutstanding site and try-on experience. I enjoyed the quality, style and price of my new glasses. It took about the same time as from a local Optometry Shop with better styles. I had an issue where I had to deal with the Chat app and it was handled in an excellent manner.

3 months agoI am a repeat customer (who NEVER seems to accrue any benefits}. These recent glasses are awful to the point I have gone back to my old glasses. The fact that you added nose pads by a metal attachment. The previous frames -which are almost 100% same frame the nose pads are just part of the mold of the frame. I VERY MUCH dislike the add on nose pads.
