Faulty nose pads
10 days agoThese glasses have a rubber nose pad that is custom for the bridge. One of these fell off my child’s glasses and was lost. Zenni will not send a replacement pad, and I was told to buy a new frame and change the lenses myself. Seems wasteful for a simple fix of one little nose pad.
