First frame was defective, couldn't swap the lenses
2 months agoI loved these glasses, but the quality is lacking. The first frames had an arm crack. Zenni sent me a free replacement frame with non prescription lenses that I had to swap out. I decided to wait to swap the frames, but decided to do it once one of the arms lost tension and became loose. It was impossible to get my prescription lenses out of the original frames to put into the new ones. The old frames broken in several places when I tried. I wish I had returned the glasses altogether when the frame cracked two days after arrival.

6 months agoThese glasses are marked as small but are in fact quite large on the face, leaving a bug-like look. Even after adjusting per Zenni’s recommendations they slid off my face. The pattern near the nose area looks strange when worn. I’m usually satisfied with Zenni glasses but these had to be returned.
