4 years agoWhen I was doing the online purchase the person on the phone was VERY helpful and friendly! I realize I have a special progressive prescription, but it took a few weeks. AND, when I got glasses at Costco they were 50% cheaper and quicker than Zenni. I was disappointed in the cost and time. Maybe my expectations were very high.

Pretty, but add some glue.
4 years agoThese glasses were very pretty and comfortable to wear. I read reviews about the bling falling off of the corners, but figured that was just an unusual thing, but then the same thing happened to mine and I lost it. If you order these adorable glasses, add a little of your own glue over the corner bling. Zenni was wonderful about my return, but I did order an entirely different color without bling. I love those also!

Stone fell out the first day, can't be replaced
5 years agoI love the look of these glasses, but one of the stones fell out the day I received them, as other reviewers have mentioned. I only wore them for an hour or two. I have not been able to find replacement rhinestones of this size and shape anywhere on the internet, in any color. If you buy these, I recommend popping out the stones yourself as soon as you get them, and gluing them back in with a lot of super glue. I can see that the stones were affixed with the tiniest spot of glue -- no wonder they fall out so easily!
