How to Switch Regions

To change your country or currency, look for the Flag Icon based on your device:

  • On Desktop: You can find the flag in the top menu bar, the site footer (next to Terms of Use), or within your Account/Profile menu.

  • On Mobile: Tap the Account/Profile icon to access the region settings.

Site Settings & Pricing

Selecting your region will automatically update the currency displayed:

  • United States (US): Pricing displayed in USD.

  • Canada (CA): Pricing displayed in CAD.

  • Note: Some products and services may vary by region and may not be available on both the US and Canadian sites.

Managing Your Account

Your account is permanently tied to the specific site (US or CA) where it was originally created.

  • Shopping across borders: To shop on the "other" site, you must either select Guest Checkout, create a new account with a different email address, or contact us to request to migrate your existing account before you can complete a checkout.

Language Options

You can tailor your browsing experience by selecting your preferred language:

  • English: Available on both sites.

  • Spanish: Available on the US Site.
