Here’s a list of frequently asked questions to help you manage your Zenni account smoothly.
How do I create a Zenni account?
Getting started is simple! Here's how:
Click the Account Icon: You'll find it at the top of the Zenni website or in the app menu at the bottom of the screen.
Sign Up with Apple or Google: If you'd like, choose "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google" to use your existing credentials.
Sign Up with Email: Prefer to use your email? Click Create an Account, then enter your email and set a password.
And that's it! You're ready to explore and shop.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
No worries! Click "Forgot Password?" from the Sign In page under the login fields. Follow the steps to receive a reset link via email, and you’ll be back in your account in no time.
How can I update my account information?
Simply log in and head to your Account Overview. Here, you can update personal details like your email, payment methods, and saved addresses. Keeping your info current ensures a seamless checkout next time!
How do I track my order?
In My Orders, you’ll find your recent orders and their tracking status. If your order has shipped, tracking details will guide you as it makes its way to you.
Where can I find my previous orders?
All your past orders are neatly stored in the My Orders history. You can view details, download receipts, and reorder your favorites.
Can I link a guest order to a new or existing account?
No. Orders cannot be retroactively linked or added to an account. To easily track your order history moving forward, we recommend logging into your Zenni account before placing any new orders.
Tip: If you need details for an order placed before you made your account, check the email address you used at checkout! All of your order confirmation and status updates will be waiting for you there.
Can I merge or link two separate Zenni accounts?
We are unable to combine accounts or transfer order histories, rewards, or profile details between them. To keep things simple, we suggest picking one primary email address and account to use for all your future Zenni purchases.
Can I save multiple prescriptions in my account?
Absolutely! Zenni lets you save multiple prescriptions. Just go to My Prescription under My Account to add or edit details for you or your family members.
Can I save my favorite frames?
Yes, indeed! Click the heart icon on any product to save frames to your Favorites.
Can I place my order via phone, chat, or email?
To safeguard your privacy and keep your sensitive information completely secure, we require all orders to be placed directly through our encrypted website. To protect you, we do not accept payment details or process orders via chat, phone, or email.
We understand that placing an order online can feel a bit overwhelming, but we’re here to help! Our team is happy to guide you through the process step by step over the phone or chat to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
How do I delete my account?
If you decide to delete your account, our friendly Customer Service team is ready to assist you. Please keep in mind that this is a permanent action. Once an account is deleted, that specific email address cannot be used to create a new Zenni account in the future.
Moving? If you just need to switch your account over to our Zenni US or Zenni Canada site, do not delete your account! Contact us, and we can easily help migrate your profile for you.
How can I subscribe/unsubscribe from the Zenni newsletter?
You are in total control of your inbox! Head to the Communication Preferences page under My Account to opt out of marketing and Zenni Rewards emails.
